At&t TV vs DirecTV?

What’s the difference between the two? I just signed up for At&t TV and I’m wondering if I should’ve went with DirecTV. Is there really a difference? The gentleman at the store didn’t mention anything about DirecTV and all the bundle deals seemed to be towards At&t TV. I only found out about it through my own research after signing up. I won’t be watching TV a whole lot and only got the entertainment package. The only reason I got At&t TV is because the bundle had a good deal when I was getting Internet for my new apartment.
