At&T TV Now Password Reset

I originally started off with At&t TV Now services before it changed over to Direct TV Stream and unfortunately I forgot my password. I have called in several times without having the issue resolved. Over and over again I was told my account is old and it was no way to retrieve a password reset. If someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. I'm currently paying for a service I am grandfathered in with no access.
