att service
dvr failed, called for new one, sent wireless router, called again sent dvr. this dvr skips when playing back recording, called again, received wireless router again, then received bad dvr again. been on phone for over 1 hour today. had appt but tech never showed up. worst service i have ever had dealing with anything.
