Att Sent A Balance To Franklin Collection Wrongly!
Att promised to send a equipment box to my address and never sent it. I didn’t know I had a balance until I checked my report! I called att and was told by the Rep. to take the equipment to UPS and they will remove the charges.. After calling back with the reference number the telling me it was taken off. I called back and it’s still showing a balance! The reps are so rude! The mute the phone then hang up on you! The Franklin Collection Agent name Kay is so rude, she doesn’t need to even represent the company. If I called her concerning the debt it’s clear I’m not hiding from anything.
Att DO NOT provide any contact information for situation like this or any other during nor after service with them! After this experience I will never had att wireless/home nor internet service!
I will fight it till this matter is resolved even if it’s legally!!
