AT&T Retiree

Hello, I retired from AT&T in 2001.  Am I eligible for employee discounts for AT&T services (U-verse), etc.?

Hi @drenamosby In order to apply for the U-verse discounts the right path to follow would be to navigate to the AT&T Employee and Retiree Discount Self-Service Site (www.att.com/dep).
And follow this instructions:

Access www.att.com/dep. And enter the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Last four of SSN
  • Date of birth
  • Click Submit.
  • You must select the U-verse tab (orange bar near the top of the screen). for the Specific U-verse Discounts

If you have any questions abour the elegibility for the discounts you can reach our Retiree Discount specialists at:

1-888-722-1STP (888-722-1787)
They work Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET

Hope this information helps.

Hello.  I'm a former BellSouth Cellular employee and I know since I left in August of '97, AT & T has purchased the company.  I'm seeking a phone number/email address of someone that can provide me information on my pension.

Appreciate any help you can provide me.  Gary

Definitely YMMV, but if you are a retiree, try this site: https://www.e-access.att.com/hr-access/hraccess_web/former

It worked for me today as a retiree to get in & retrieve paystubs. The link I had used previously - https://www.e-access.att.com/hr-access/hraccess_web/former - gave "forbidden" error with no redirection to a different link. Good luck!

I am a retiree dinosaur with a wired land line, have auto paying the same amount for over a decade.  For some reason get a charge for "Plans and services" and a charge for long distance for 2 calls that do not have call details.  I got a credit however the rep was unable to tell me what the plan is. I thought long distance in the US was included and again the rep could not tell me. Very frustrating. I called benefit committee, and ATT has not contracted that out, and the rep advised me to call the same number that i was unable to get info at to begin with.
