ATT Property Claim - Referred to Sedgwick claims examiner not responding - need resolution
I have a property damage claim with ATT - 2009000630-01
On July 27th I had an overflow issue in my house. The cause was a hole in the main sewer line of my house caused by ATT fiber optic cable. Damage was repaired and cost me $4,100. I was assigned to a Sedgwick claims examiner, Slaton Dawkins. He sent me an initial letter dated August 8th. Since then I have only heard from him once and that was after I called ATT to complain. I have provide all requested documents via email and USPS. I am not able to check my claim on mysedgwick.com as my account was not set up properly. I have spoken to IT support and ATT; however, have not been able to resolve this issue.
I am in need of resolution for this claim. Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out, @Alvarezclaim2020.
Because Sedgwick's agents are the only ones trained to handle damage complaints, we suggest reaching back out to them and perhaps asking to have your claim escalated.
If you need help with anything else, let us know.

@Alvarezclaim2020.
You'd have to call the Claims Center at 855.462.6537 to track your claim. As Aminah said, they're the only ones trained to help with these complaints so you'll have to go there for further assistance.
Let us know if you have anymore questions we can assist with.

Seems to be how Sedgwick "does business." I've had a claim open for weeks now. Claims examiner called me once. I then got a letter in the mail stating to provide evidence and an invoice for reimbursement. I've sent multiple emails, left voicemails with the claims examiner, uploaded the files on mysedgwick.com , sent multiple messages through mysedgwick. Nothing makes a difference. They've gone silent, even though the claim still shows that it's "open." Good luck!
ATT, I suggest getting a better company to handle claims, else you're going to lose good paying customers.

ATT has the perfect company they want. Drag it out, don't respond, and you'd be surprised how many people give up.

I have also been looking at your post for time... finally someone officially replied, thought I doubt it would help.

I finally got payment!
Persistence paid off. I ended up calling and leaving a voice mail and emailing every day. I also faxed a letter regarding my claim (Fax # 859-280-2832). I just deposited the check. The damage was on June 9th. I think the fax might have done it.
Glad to finally have this debacle behind us.
