ATT has damaged the sewer and it is flowing into my yard!

I need 3 things.

Someone in the infrastructure department that can remove the line from my sewer.

A  valid # to file a Claim.

A real person with the ability to make it happen (if that exists)!

See the issue below...  pics attached...  HOLE IS STILL OPEN!

1. I need a contact to get someone to move the line that destroyed my sewer line.

I need the name of someone to FIX the problem., NOW! I cannot flush toilets or take a shower without the sewage getting dumped into the hole with your line! Unsafe, unsanitary EMERGENCY!  Imagine if your sewer was dumped in a hale in your front yard by the street.

2. I need a valid, current contact number for your claims department.

Your social media director sent me this link http://sm.att.com/c7e1ecb4 today and I called 5 minutes ago.  All of the contact phone #'s are no longer in service.

AT&T installed fiber in our area by boring through the front yards and under the driveways. After many problems with our sewer we had a camera run in the line and found they had bored through our sewer main. I dug up the line and have it exposed. I have had no luck in finding a contact at AT&T corporate office to get them to come move the line and acknowledge the problem. Their service people want to know what account it is associated with. I need to speak with someone immediately. AT&T has an EXPOSED main fiber line! I need a corporate contact and to know when AT&T will correct this. If I don't hear something soon I will assume AT&T is OK with me replacing my line where it was before AT&T destroyed it.

I need the name of someone to FIX the problem, NOW! I cannot flush toilets or take a shower without the sewage getting dumped into the hole with your line! Unsafe, unsanitary EMERGENCY! Imagine your sewer was dumped in a hale in your front yard by the street.

This is a forum of users supporting users and not AT&T support. Here's the current information for Sedgwick:

Sedgwick Claim Center  844-859-3269 is the new number for the Risk Management Team. They will assign a claim number. Or use https://www.sedgwick.com/your-claim/assign-a-claim.

To check on an existing claim: 855.365.4976, 8am - 4:30pm CST

davemize,

Thanks.  What I REALLY need is someone to remove their line from the middle of my sewer so I can repair the sewer.  I have found no way to contact anyone that can deal with their infrastructure except the individual service lines to your house.

This is a 4" bore and conduit that intersected my sewer perpendicular almost dead center.  NO QUESTION what was there first.

Might want to contact the local sewer company. They may have att contacts. Or the sewer company may do it.

Already had MUD operator here and it is a private line, my issue but they will help.  I have a plumber to do the fix but can't do ANYTHING till ATT moves their line.

Amazing how when one of their lines are cut they are there in minutes and send you a bill before they are done with the repair!
