At&T employees and office of the president all vindictive liars
This started with a call I made because my internet wasn't working. They didn't do anything but tell me it was working on their end.
The next month I called to give them my ACP approval number.
This person said she applied my credit, and raised my internet speed from the lowest to the highest.
She said my bill would be 87.00 a month.
When I mentioned that I had no internet, she said it was my phone.
She talked me into an amazing phone deal, but when I received the terms they were not even close to the price she had given me.
I called and spoke to 3 different people, all told me something different.
I can't cancel. I need to talk to loyalty department to cancel.
The last person told me don't return the terms and after 72 hour's it wiil be cancelled.
The employee who tried to sell me phone service kept resending the terms . She eventually gave up, and when this happened, I got a notice my bill was ready.
When I saw it doubled I went to my account and she had removed my TV promotions and my ACP discount.
She also locked my phone number so when I went to transfer it with a different company, I couldn't.
I spent 15-20 hours on my phone and when I kept getting worse people, I filed a complaint with the FCC.
After a few weeks I received a call from the office of the president. I'm assuming atT&T..
This woman didn't listen to anything I said. I know this because she never responded.
What she did do was triple my bill.
Now I'm receiving messages on my TV screen to pay now.
I'm getting email from her office to pay.
I am done with this company.
I've been with them for 11,12 years and never paid late, but I am struggling with my health and I just don't have the energy.
This is the worst experience and I've wasted more than a month and now I'm being threatened.
I would file another complaint if I thought it would do any good.
This person took my monthly bill and added over 100.00 and she is aware of my income because I was approved for the ACP. She also changed the amount when my month was almost over.
What is that?
There's no one protecting us.
I'm going to order Hulu and stream and if I want something more, I will purchase it.
