Att employee

Funny. I called to resolve an issue with my bill. After 30 minutes the employee gets a supervisor that sounds exactly like the person I was speaking to. Ridiculous. Matthew the employee. Timmy the supervisor. Both the same people. I guess Att customers are stupid.
