ATT employee commendation

It is maddeningly difficult to communicate with ATT Customer Service for any purpose except adding or changing services.  I want to let Customer Service know about superior service I received from an ATT employee today.  II hope someone from ATT monitors this forum and can pass the information along to HR. 

 

The employee is Tasha.  She works in Jackson, Miss.  Her ID is [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] I have never met Tasha and I only interacted with her this one time.  She is knowledable, professional, and a clear communicator.  

 

Unfortunately, Tasha is an exception for ATT customer service reps, in my experience.  I was transferred to Tasha after spending about an hour interacting with two other reps.  They attempted to "upsell": services in a most shameful way.  They were misinformed.  They gave me incorrect infornation.  When I was finally transferred to Tasha, it turns out that no order had been enttered after all that time I had spend on the phone.

 

If it were not for competent employees like Tasha, I would not remain an ATT customer.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Yolanda Anderson at your Warner Robins store.  She assisted me in upgrading my daugther's cellphone and she put me at ease that my daughter was in good hands.  Thanks for the great customer service.
