Am I missing something?

I thought I was able to negotiate a much better deal than I had last year when I got noticed they were going up on my bill $40 when my discount year was up and I was going to cancel the TV part and keep WIFI and I got one bill at a discount but since then it's been $154.36 so can someone tell me if I am missing something on this summary or have I been bamboozled?

Would help if you also posted current…

The internet at $41 is extreme low as the lowest new customer internet is $60, with $5 discount for autopay / paperless billing would be $55.

Nor unsure what tv package you have as U200 with HD channels as only the DVR is about $127 a month not counting local channels.

Without seeing retail charges with discounts hard to say but $150 to $200 for tv, internet is what I would expect and add $30 if have home phone.

TV package (UBasic, Ufamily, U200, U300, U450) plus $10 per receiver plus HD channels plus internet plus taxes would expect $5 to $8 per day without any discounts or $150 to $240.

Yeah, well that wasn't what the att associate said at the time. I have U200 and I ask her to repeat what she said and she said this would be my total bill. There is no way I would pay $200 for what we have and what is on tv now. I wanted to cancel and the only reason I accepted this deal is that my 73 yo husband likes to watch old westerns and it's easier for him to use cable than find it on streaming services.

Let's help figure out what's going on with your Internet/U-verse bill, @diva12!

We recommend checking your AT&T bill online. By doing this, you can get access to a more detailed billing explanation and possibly identify any unfamiliar charges that may have caused your bill to go up. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Go to your bill. Sign in, if asked.
  2. If you have more than one service, choose the bill you want to view. Your previous bill activity and current bill will display.
  3. Expand sections to see more details.
    • To pay your bill, select Make a payment.
    • To see a copy of your paper bill, select Download bill.
    • To view previous bills, choose Bill & pay history.

Let us know what you find!

After studying my summary, I think I finally found the problem and if it had been pointed out to me, then I would known better. Apparently they raised It up $40 before giving the discount.
