All Uverse features disappearing!

I can no longer access any of my phone features from the att app I can no longer view call list on TV channel 9600 has been removed and a host of other features just gone.  I'm guessing this is an attempt to get me to switch to att tv I will leave att before that happens...all this removal of services and the bill constantly goes up!

9900 just list all the services 9600 was dedicated for the uverse phone services and it's gone and you can't even log into att account to manage phone just give you a "oops" message but you can log in to pay that bill.

AT&T TV is no more.  It's called DIRECTV STREAM.

I haven't heard about this change, but I wouldn't be very surprised that it is intentional.  It may be due to the separation of the businesses: U-verse TV is technically owned by DIRECTV (which is only partially owned by AT&T), though most of its operation is still provided by AT&T.

I've never had the feature (didn't get AT&T U-verse Voice / AT&T Phone; kept my POTS), but the documentation says the feature is on channel 9900.

As he stated, the channel is 9900 on U-verse.

 

You should be logging into Myatt to pay your bill. After you log in, you can manage all of your accounts and your bills that you need to pay.

I have confirmed that channel 9900 no longer exists. Whether or not this is a goof is TBD.

@ATTHelp. FYI:  9900 DOES NOT EXIST (see attached photo) but if you had Uverse you would know that.

It's 9910 now when u finally can into logging into phone features which you have to login through att.net you can't get there through the app..period! Any changes then hit save you get error message error code 400 and no changes updated
