Abandon Utility Easement

Who do I need to contact in order to have AT&T sign off on abandoning a utility easement?  I have five lots in total and a 10 foot utility easement divides a couple of the lots.  The easement is only there, so one of my lots can get utlilties, however, I am building a house that will sit on all fives lots.  The county building department tells me I need letters from each utility allowing me to build across the easement.

I am an attorney in Ohio who is seeking information regarding a right of way easement located in Medina County, Ohio.  The easement was created in 1965.  The document shows  MED#27 and Map #21.  Easement was recorded in Volume 329, Page 185 of the Official Records of Medina County, Ohio.  It is possible that the right of way is obsolete.  We would like to terminate the easement if at all possible

My parents want to sell the lot next to the one that their home is built on in Weatherford TX. I had a title company research a phone utility easement on the lot they want to sell and found it was never registered. I’m having the lot resurveyed prior to selling and would like to have the easement removed from the survey. Who do I need to speak with?

When I tried the link to private message it doesn’t work. So once again, who do I contact? When I tried the AT&T corporate office the recording said to send a LETTER with my question. You are the PHONE company.

Since this is a year old dead thread you may want to post your question in a new thread in the bussiness forum, that might get it noticed a bit more
