$200 gift card for switching to AT&T

I was promised a $200 gift card when I switched my services to AT&T.  He said it might take a few months to qualify for it by paying my bills.  i got a $100 card but that is all.  The Reward Center says I should've gotten it but they can't fix the system to give it to me and to call billing for a credit to my account.  Billing says they can't do that and that it would have to come from Rewards.  How can I get the $100?  I don't care if it is a card or credit.  I just want what I was promised.  I have the guys name that signed me up if that helps.

We have the same problem. 
The agent named Aaron Perez told us if we switch to AT&T, we can all get $200 reward. I have 8 lines switched and I only got the reward for 3 lines. Any help? We need to file a complaint with this agent because most of what he said is NOT true!

I was suppose to receive a 200 dollar gift card and never received any i had to claim for a 50 dollar gift card today after 3 months of waiting and i am still short 150 dollars thats a rip off so upset !!

@Amazing88 I am having the same problem as you are. I have not received my gift cards for 3 phones I traded in. The At&T agent is also Aaron Perez. This guy is completely deceitful. This all started in Sep. 2020 and I haven't received no responses from him. Can someone help us locate this " In Home Expert" Aaron Perez.

I have this agent in person visited me by the name of Luis in Orlando, FL who also promised $200 for each line. He did mention though that you wont find this deal at the corporate. 

However I have not made decision to port over to AT&T yet. 
He said If I sign on the day where he will immediately apply discount towards the bill instead of waiting for billing cycle, I am not sure if this is a bait or real deal.

Anytime when someone says that you can't get the deal in writing you should expect that the deal doesn't exist.

I have the same deal and the same issue. I called the customer service and was told that only trade-in line is qualified for my deal, and thankfully I did. I recommend you to call ATT reward center: 800.288.9983, and the agent should be able to look through all of your receipts to tell you how many reward is eligible for you. Then you need to call 800.331.0500 and ask AT&T Royalty dpt. and get Trade-in quote ID. Once you get the ID call back ATT reward center and give them the IDs to get your gift card.

It sounds like your issue is with AT&T phones. Please make sure you post in the correct forum.

As AT&T U-Verse isn't available to new customers, they won't be giving out rewards to switch. I'm going to close this thread to prevent confusion.
