Unable to connect to livestream

I have Verizon Internet, the tv acknowledges that, I have tried every password I have had with Verizon and I cannot make a connection, PLEASE help me, and yes I am technically challenged

You need to allow some time for responses. The forums are primarily user to user, so there will be fewer people checking for posts during the work day.  DTV employees (under the username DIRECTVhelp) will sometimes respond, but this is not a main way to reach Support - there’s a link further down (“Visit our Support Site”) you can use for that.

When you say you can’t make a connection, we’ll need more info to try to help.

  • What streaming device are you using - a DTV Gemini or a third party device like a Roku or Firestick?
  • What message are you seeing that says you can’t connect?
  • If you are using a Roku, FireStick,or a device like that, can you use it for any apps other than the DTV app (like Netflix or Hulu)?
