THANK YOU DTV!!!

I have been having intermittent issues with Gemini Air (i have just had dvr for a few months) such as buffering, not displaying DVR recordings, not displaying the Guide. I finally called tech support this morning and they actually answered the telephone! I spoke with Hunter from East Tn. He was fast and efficient. He reset my plug in, is sending me a new one and gave me a 25.00 credit on my account. He determined the plug is was the source. 

We are alway quick to complain so I wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received. Job well  done Hunter!!!!

This is very refreshing to hear someone who is not complaining.  Thank you for posting this to bad that the Directv representative who helped you most likely won't see your post.

I know that all major companies use foreign support. But--if they rid themselves of them (since they don't help anyways) they would need fewer support staff here in the USA. How can it save money if people have to call in, live chat, and other do social media TONS of times with different people...and never get a resolution. Fewer staff based in the USA that know what they are doing would be better. Plus you don't tick off--and lose customers.
