Switched from DirecTV to DIRECTV Stream
I have just switched from DirecTV to DIRECTV Stream, but was told that I need to return the two receivers back. What else needs to be sent back? What size box should I send it back in? Where do I send it to? Am I still getting charged for both (DirecTV and DirecTV Streaming service) since I have not returned the old receivers?

DirecTV should have provided instructions to return those boxes to a UPS or FedEx Shipping Center. They'll box them up and return them. Just be sure to get and keep shipment confirmation.
