Streaming boxes will not stay connected!!!

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!  Streaming boxes with not stay connected to wifi!  I have 2 boxes that are wireless and will not stay connected for more than 3 hrs!!!!!  THIS IS SO UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!  At&t refuses to give my money back on the boxes and remotes.  They say I am past my free 14 day trial..This is (Edited per community guidelines)!!!!  Why should I pay for something that DOESN’T STAY CONNECTED!!!  I have 2 other boxes that are connected to Ethernet and have no problem staying connected.  AT&T GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!  I tell everyone I know not to use DIRECTV!!!!!

It's not AT&T anymore. They spun the service off as a separate company over a year ago. Contact DirecTV directly with your problem.

Oh believe me I have!!!  I have been on the phone with them 34 days in a row!!!
