Stream App sign in problem

Long time subscriber to satellite service (at 300 bucks a month) at residence. Have second residence in same area, with gigabyte internet connection, 3 TV set. Able to download App and sign in on older Roku, but get error message that password incorrect on two new Samsung Frames. AAT&T and Directv accounts bundled (same user name and password), latest firmware up dated, can access with App on line and with Roku, but error message using same account/password on Samsung TV. Any suggestions?

DirecTV Stream and DirecTV Satellite services are not the same. Which service do you have? Be sure that you're signing into DirecTV Satellite on the apps if you're a satellite customer.
