Stream App on Samsung TV - NO 5.1 Audio

I have a brand new Samsung Smart TV (QN90B) and was hoping to actually not use my DirecTV Streaming box (just use the TV Apps) because it does not provide ATMOS, HDR is bad, and there is no way to just stop streaming when using other apps on the TV etc..

However - the Stream App on the Samsung TV does not broadcast 5.1 on any channel - only 2.1.  Heck - I get 5.1 off my TV antenna - so that's a major disappointment.  I'm considering my other options like trying another service or perhaps a different streaming box - but I had dumped my Amazon stick because it never worked right and we always got network congestion.

Is anyone else have this issue or have success with other streaming boxes and don't get the network congestion error - we used to get that all of the time until until we switched to the DirectTV streaming box.

Thanks for any input and I have already loaded and reloaded and logged in and off and even reset the entire TV - it's just a poorly written app is my guess.  Same thing with the Paramount+ app - only 2.1 Audio.

It's yet another limitation of Samsung's DirecTV Stream App.  A $30 Roku or FireStick will work much better.

Just adding additional information for others that may search this topic.  I went ahead and decided to purchase Apple TV 4K and give that a try as I could return it easily if needed.  Happy to report that it does 5.1 Audio for the DTVS App, has 30 second skip forward, and seems to be working quite well.  It also has several other features that the DTV Streaming box did not offer and seems to have better app support as well - so I'm really happy with the switch.  Apple TV+ is also not available on the DTV box either....so a +1 there as well.
