sony Brivia

connected our sony smart tv to gemini air device and install of directv gemini air went fine.  However, when watching the picture will randomly pause or screen goes black for a few seconds then go back to normal viewing.  Is sony brivia tv compatible with directv gemini air ?  I don't have this issue with our other tv's that are Samsung and visio brands.

This could be a handshake issue between the TV and DIRECTV Gemini Air device. Attempt to restart the Gemini Air and replug in the HDMI cable to the TV. If the issue continues, try a different HDMI cable or plug into a different HDMI port on the Bravia TV (i.e. plugging into HDMI1 instead of HDMI2).

I moved the gemini air from hdmi1 to hdmi4 and that actually solved the problem.

Curious why just moving to different port made a difference.  Oh well, saved me from having to buy different brand tv.
