Setting up Gemini air

I just got the Gemini air and got through the step pairing the remote with it, however when I need to choose the correct network, the remote isn't working. I have tried the reset button and unplugging it but it keeps coming right back to the screen with the wireless network it has found. I tried unpairing the remote and then pairing it but nothing is working. I am stuck on this screen with no way to get through it.

Try rebooting your Directv device and your modem/router at the same time and see if it makes a difference.  If not then you may need a new remote/air!
