Setting up Direct TV Stream on a Roku TV

Hi, I am having trouble logging into the Direct TV Stream App on my Roku TV and my Roku stick.  My Roku TV is using the latest software version and I have tried deleting the Direct TV Stream app and re-adding it.  These items don't work.  When I log into the stream app, it spins and spins and then finally tells says "We had an issue loading this content.  We weren't able to load this content.  Please give us a moment and try again."  Has anyone had this issue?

Have you ever had Dtv Satellite? Sometimes if you use the same email for both accounts (or an ATT account) it causes issues.

Can you log into your Stream account using a different device, like your smartphone app or www.stream.directv.com ?

Yes, I can stream on my phone.  I have never had any DirectTV accounts before.

Yes, we just figured it out. I changed my password to something different and now it works!  That’s for everyone’s comments!
