Second Gemini box

I bought a second Gemini air off of the Internet to use on my bedroom TV. it set up just fine and then suddenly stopped. Now I only get a blank screen. Is DIRECTV trying to charge me for the second box monthly fee?

There is no monthly fee per device.  

This additional device worked properly for you for some period of time before stopping?  Does anything else on that TV work (or if you swap in the working Gemini, does that work)?  Have you tried swapping out just the HDMI cable?  Using the “bad” Gemini, can you bring up the app page or anything else?  Have you tried putting the “bad”  unit on the TV of your other Gemini (and using the HDMI cable that unit uses)to see if it works there?

It’s certainly possible that the unit has failed, but try to confirm that.
