Returned Gemini box was not restored properly at warehouse and now having dvr war with new box owner
So, we returned a Gemini box a cpl months ago to exchange and it was not restored properly at the warehouse then shipped to a new customer. Now the new customer has our old box with our account stuff i guess still in its system and we are seeing each others library and deleting each others programs. i have spent the last 2 months calling customer service to no avail and multiple "escalations" with no end in site
this is the craziest thing ever and is driving us nuts

the equipment has already been returned, and then sent to a new customer without being properly reset, thus our delema
