Remove programmed speaker system on remote? Powers on every time.

New to DirectvStream this week and we bought the Osprey boxes from Direct when we signed up. Also we are using a Samsung TV and Denon AVR in the living room. After setting everythgin up, the remote turns on the TV and AVR every time. My research led me to believe that it was HDMI-CEC that was causing it. I tried and disable every combination on the box, TV and AVR and it would still turn on the Denon every time. I disconnected the HDMI coming from the TV to the Denon to see if that would fix it and it still turns on the Denon. I came to the conclusion that the remote is sending an IR signal to the Denon and TV and is turning both on. I've tried to remove the DENON from the speaker system and I cannot get it to go away. If I turn off the remotre programming and turn it back on it picks it the Denon again and I'm back to square one.
