Prime video app not working
When we try to open our prime video app, it just reverts to whatever channel was previously on. We thought we might be able to uninstall it and reinstall it, but there is no option to uninstall. There is only an option to disable. We are not sure what to do.

This is the DTV sat forum that has nothing to do with Amazon Prime.

@shannon02 I am aware of that. I'm not sure if it's a Prime Video issue or a DIRECTV issue though.

@shannon02 Also, this is not just the SAT community forum - Directv streaming was an option to check when making a post.

Thanks for the info. Internet connectivity issues may prevent the app from launching or working as intended. Prime Video apps are preinstalled on the Gemini device and can be accessed through Apps or within the Guide. Please press the Apps or Diamond key using the remote control, then press OK. Sign in to Prime Video by following the prompts provided within the app, then hit Sign In. Selecting “Force Quit” from More Info (…) will close the app entirely. Please get in touch with Amazon Help Center for further assistance if this does not work. Search Digital Services and Device Support on amazon.com and select Prime Video. DIRECTV appreciates you.
