What streaming device?

Not the device..it’s the actual APP. like Apple TV, MLB, Prime….

It’s a Samsung…also not sure if this makes a difference but I am not using DirectTV STREAMING

Thanks for sharing the brand of your TV. These are the steps on how to access or find the apps on Samsung TV. 

Press the home button on your remote, > go to the apps menu, > and select the settings icon in the upper right corner. > From there, you'll be able to see all the downloaded apps, and you have the option to add them to your home screen for easy access.

If you're still unable to locate the apps, you may refer this to the manufacturer of this TV.
