Osprey Box

Go to your on line account, select /My Devices/Manage/Add A Device, and select the one you want to buy. 

My online account does not show a my devices option?

I would assume that you chose to bring your own device when you signed up for your Directv Streaming service to avoid paying the $15 advanced receiver fee.  In order to get an Osprey box which is now called the Gemini you would have to reach out to customer service you could call the customer service number below.  If you are told that you can not buy a box or that they will have to change your plan try reaching out to Directv on Twitter or you can buy them from a 3rd party seller I would recommend Amazon as you can find boxes there.  I would not go through ebay as you may end up with a box that does not work.  If you choose to go the ebay route then make sure that the person that is selling excepts returns as if the box does not work then you can send it back. @lou_do New customers no longer have that option.  If you were a customer prior to the April change over then you still have the option to buy boxes.
