“No internet connection” even though wifi is fine

TV screen says “No Internet Connection” even though wifi is ok, and I have to keep restarting my TV

Hi @keyeoh. Try restarting the modem or router, and if you're using an app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Let us know if it works.

What device are you using to stream? Has this been an issue before, and how often? Can you stream on other devices like another TV, phone, or tablet?
