My New Sony Bravia TV is Connected to a Direct TV Stream Genie/Gemini Box and it Keeps on Asking me to Pair Remote Control

Hello...I just Purchased a New Sony Bravia TV....I use Direct TV Stream Services for my Home TV Channels...and I have a Genie/Gemini not sure what the Correct Name is for my Box...Connected to TV via HDMI....Most of the Time when I power ON the New TV....on the Upper Right Corner of the TV Screen....I get a Message Saying Would you Like to Pair Direct TV Remote with TV.  Not Sure why it Keeps on Asking me or it Goes through the Pairing Mode...Over and Over Again....My Previous TV was a Samsung...and I Never had Issues with that TV....and my Direct TV Stream Box...I set up Everything Once and that was it....Everything Worked Fine from the Very Beginning. If someone can HELP ME with this Issue....Please Share and Show me what I need to do in order to FIX this Annoying Issue. Message READS: Would you like to Pair Direct TV Remote with this TV???     Thank You for Any HELP or FIXES

Go into settings on your Dtv Stream device--system---remotes/devices----program your remote---then at the bottom turn off "ask to pair with new tv" Same thing was happening to me until I turned that off.
