Why doesn't DIRECTV provide the app to LG for the benefit of it's Directv customers? LG carries all my other apps. I'm considering switching to Sling TV or YouTube TV, as those apps are available on LG. Your service is a commodity. That's easier than buying and installing a Roku or Firestick just to accomodate ATT. Any suggestions??
It's not our service, and it's not ATT, but DirecTV. We are customers just like you here in an open customer forum. DirecTV Stream has enough problems trying to support the devices that they currently say they support. Just be thankful they do not offer an app for the LG TV. Get a true streaming device like Fire Stick, Roku, or Apple and enjoy the service.

Right. There is no DirecTV Stream App for LG TVs. You'll need a streaming device, like Roku, FireStick, or DirecTV Stream device.

Does using a Roku stick to access DirecTV Stream degrade the picture on an Lg OLED 83 inch TV?

TV should not matter. As long as the device has the proper specs, the picture will be fine.
