Mobile phone stopped receiving or sending calls after technicians helped me get new TV box setup properly.
I cannot receive or make phone calls. Something must have changed with my network. I tried rebooting my router and TV box but phone does not work. May have to do with my Wi-Fi account on my phone as this was recently changed when installing new TV equipment.
