missing channels

I am missing my premium channels on only one of my devices

What device is it? What premium channels specifically are you missing? Have you tried the usual reinstalling of the app, logging in again, and restarting the streaming device?

A directv streaming device, l can't get channels in the 500s except 573, no hbo  max showtime. 

I have 2 other devices that work fine.

Gone thru all the troubleshooting items with dir directv no  change
