Message can’t retrieve content?

Just got AT&T with Direct TV streaming.    Upstairs Tv works beautiful.    Downstairs tv downloaded Direct TV app via RoKu but in trying to open the app consistently get the message   We had an issue retrieving this content.    I’ve deleted app then added it again but same message.   Thoughts or suggestions?

Following as I am getting the same on all my tv's and devices.   Can watch via web  browser and site, just none of the apps.

Hi there.  It’s brand new.   There is nothing in this RoKu.  I just took it out of the box and hooked it up last night.   Though I’m anticipating a good experience so far this has been poor customer service.   I’m elderly and there is no one i can have come into my home and set this up???   It all just came in a box?    I would like to think there is a service for someone to make sure everything is set up properly.
