If you are in your home based area, then yes. If traveling outside your home base, you will receive the traveling local and regional sports broadcasts.

nope - just got off the phone with them....the highly intelligent technical support people from the Philippines say that I can't get local broadcast (NBC, CBS, ABC, WGN) on the mobile app (even when I'm at home on my home network).

Everybody gets locals in all packages. I travel in a RV and get locals all over the country with the service.

That's not true. It just depends on if your streaming device supports "location services". For example, when we travel our Roku always provides our home location local channels, while our iPads provide the stations where we're traveling.
