What streaming devices?
Have you reset the devices?
What do you mean by "no access"? On-screen error messages?

Instead of "See above" how about a full detailed description of the issue?
What do you mean by "don't have access"? (symptoms, error messages, etc.)
Was the app downloaded to the TV itself or some sort of streaming device?
TV or device, what's the model?
Do you have DirecTV or DIRECTV STREAM? (so satellite service with secondary streaming perks or the streaming-only service)
Is your 2nd TV at home connected to the same network as the 1st one?
What troubleshooting (if any) have you tried?
Has this ever worked on the 2nd TV?
Did anything else happen before the issue started?
