Though I would caution as that chat hasn't been very reliable and the transcripts do not save to your account. For anything account specific it is suggested to call, though if needed you can get a lot of guidance in the forum before doing so.

What service are you using? What issue are you having? By disconnected, do you mean that the site glitched out or did the agent simply leave?
I recommend calling DIRECTV directly to solve issues, it is much easier.
