Gemini remote issues

Getting service using the internet (no dish) 

In the 6 months that we've had this service we have replaced the remote no less that 5 times...the back of set module once...and still have to unpair, reboot the set box an re-pair the remote at least once a week.

This is the biggest (Edited per community guidelines) I've used...had Dish network prior with ZERO issues, and only switched to DirecTV to lose the dish on my house.

We can't (Edited per community guidelines)sibly be the only household having this issue

You are not. Search the forum, and it will reveal all the issues with the device. Unfortunately, this is just an open community forum and no one here can resolve the issue. You will need to deal directly with DirecTV support.
