Gemini box vs Gemini Air

I'm told my Gemini box is out of warranty, so ordered a new one, they sent a Gemini Air. Do I disconnect the old box first then install the Gemini Air?

Yes. The box is no longer available.

you seem to be the expert! thank you so much! will this new devise remedy our problem with having to restart our system every 10 minutes. Just started doing this 2 wks ago

No idea. Depends on what was causing your issue before. Could be many many things. More details on your issue is needed. Why were you having to do restarts?

all of the programs would loop and try to reload, then switch to screen telling us to run diagnostics . . . to restart devise. It is happening constantly.

Sounds more like a internet congestion issue. Are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection? Have you verified your internet speed?
