Gemini Air

When programming the remote and it asked did the volume go up I answered yes however it did not adjust the volume. Somehow I was able to get the volume fixed but it won’t turn the tv off or on 🤯 I’ve messed with so many things I’ve probably messed it all up. A lot of the support answers involve a button on the back of the remote…I can’t find a button on the back or side of the remote 🤯I installed 4 of the Gemini Air on my tvs but of course there is one that is a problem
