Gemini Air dongle keeps losing network connection.

I switched from Cable TV to Direct TV stream with the Gemini Air dongle. I bought two of them. They both are dropping the network connection MULTIPLE times a day. I have 1 G download speed from the router.  I made a big mistake in doing this. I am stuck with this for two years. Is there an upgrade to these dongles so I can peacefully watch a full movie? The router has to send the WiFi signal through one uninsulated wall.  All of my other devices are super fast and never drop the signal.  Is there a cancellation policy for bad service?

No there is no cancelation for bad service nor is there an upgrade.  Try rebooting your modem/router and your Directv Gemini Air.  Sometimes that will help clear up the connectivity issues.  Also, I would try running a speed test on your Gemini Air.  The app I use to test my speed is Speed Test WiFi Analyzer analiti.  It will tell you if you are getting a strong WiFi signal to the Gemini Air.  Hopefully, this helps if not you may need a WiFi extender to make your signal stronger to the device.
