Gemini air device
This is my 3rd device, the 1st 2 kept restarting. Directv replaced under warranty. All 3 had uneven sound volume across all channels. When I bypass it and stream on my roku all channel volumes are the same. My tv is tcl r635 4k. Any ideas?

Plug your Gemini a different HDMI input on your TV, see if it corrects the volume issue.
As far as the restarting issue, if you are plugged into a surge protector, something could be wrong with the protector. I once had one go bad and my TV was plugged into it. It keeped rebooting the TV. Replacing it corrected the issue.
