Fire Stick version 3 cannot find Direct TV streaming App. Only Direct TV App.

Direct TV Streaming support informed me the reason I couldn't install the Direct TV streaming App on my new Fire Stick was because it wasn't a Version 4 fire stick. Direct TV Streaming support states they are compatible with Version 2. I can only see the Direct TV (nor streaming) app.

Any ideas?
