equipment purchase

I have my original equipment from AT&T and would like to upgrade and add another device.  How can I do that now.  I do not see an option via my online account.

You mention AT&T, do you mean DIRECTV satellite? AT&T spun off directv back in 2021, and TPG now has a 30% stake. Therefore, DIRECTV is a separate company.
