DVR not working

The DVR is not working. It’s recording shows where I didn’t set the recording or set a bookmark. Then programs where I’ve set the recording and bookmark are being erased. What do I do?

What streaming device are you using?

Did it ever work properly?

Have you tried resetting the streaming device?

It did work properly for a number of months. I have tried to restart the device. I use the direct stream TV app either on a Samsung TV or through a Roku stick on the TVs.

I am having issues with DVR not recording but only for certain channels. Works for all others
