DTV stream issues with HDMI sync to Samsung QMN90B

'New' refurb stream box purchased from DTV has to be reset every day to sync to Samsung QN90B...I am using my parent's DTV stream account along with the stream box at my house if that matters...

Software was up to date...did a factory reset/software update on both TV and DTV stream box so will see how that goes.

The above did not work...still needed a reset a few hours later...what it does is lock on a jittery SD resolution and can't change channels, etc.

@gtsmith23 If you are still under warranty then I would contact Directv customer service about getting a replacement because if the box is still having this issue and you reset everything then that would lead me to believe that there is something wrong with the box.

Same thing happening with a new stream box.  Ugh.  Weird thing is that it seems to only happen like once a day or a long time period between uses.

Do you have HDR turned off in the Dtv stream box settings?
