DIRECTV streaming service
I finally made the migration from att U-verse to the DIRECTV streaming service and I am very pleased so far. When can I expect to get instructions on how to send the U-verse equipment back.

The people here are not the best to help you with U-Verse questions, and that one is probably best asked of Customer Service. That said: when you say you "migrated" - how did you do that? Since the 2 services are not connected, generally you would be expected to explicitly cancel U-Verse yourself and then subscribe to Stream. Did you contact them and they directly said they'd cancel the U-Verse service for you? If not, you quite possibly are still subscribed. I would contact them at 800-288-2020 to confirm your current situation. If you aren't yet actually unsubscribed, they should be able to help you with that. Either way, they should be able to help you with arranging equipment return.

The DIRECTV agent I dealt with called it migration, his words not mine. He also set an end date for att U-verse. He said I would continue to have access to U-verse during this time in case I decided to cancel Directv. Also, when I logon my att account it has information on my DIRECTV and AT&T. However it directs me to Directv.com for future account information. Guess I better call and make sure I was “migrated”.

I just got off the phone with AT&T and the migration is in place with a stop date on U-verse. Migration, her words not mine.
