Directv Streaming Devices (devices not powering on the same)

I'm trying to find out why (In a house (with 2 TV's with a Directv Streaming Device on each of them) when I turn on the TV and streaming devices to watch TV in one room, the streaming device comes right on and I can immediately watch TV (This one connected to a cheap TCL Roku TV), while the other one always has to go through the entire, slow boot process to initialize before I can start watching TV through it (This one connected to a LG OLED TV)

I've tried swapping out the streaming devices and factory resetting them, but both act the same way when connected to the LG (Both of them are also connected to the WiFi connection to the AT&T router)

Why would the TV the Directv streaming device is connected to (via HDMI) effect the streaming device's power-up sequence and speed? Any ideas?

Never mind. I actually figured out the issue.

I'm using a Logitech Harmony remote to custom control all my media devices from one remote in the room with the LG OLED TV, and had left some commands under the Watch TV Activity from when I was using a AT&T U-verse DVR, that did not effect the U-verse device adversely, but apparently did the DirecTV one

After deleting the entire command string for that activity and re-entering only the basic commands (power on, switch to this input, etc.) for the three devices needed (TV, DirecTV Streaming Device & Surround-Sound device) it started acting like the other one and coming right on to watch TV.
