DirecTV Stream Setup - Request Add Code to Delete User

I had an issue with a family member accidentally deleting a user, which of course deleted the captured recordings.  Is it possible to add an alphanumeric code that can prevent a family member from deleting another family member's user?  And if possible, can there be an override for the admin of the account to add or delete a family member's user?   Thank you very much in advance for your prompt response.
